Pros
Really friendly, supportive supervisors and staff. Rewarding work when you can help the clients. A job where you get to make things fun for yourself and the client, be silly, and run around and play.
Cons
A lot of driving, as it's a large service area. More training in the beginning would have been helpful, it's a steep learning curve. I got the hang of it about 3 months in.
