I was a hairdresser for 25 years & never was as on fire to go to work as I am now! I honestly go in early & stay late just because I am so excited about my day. Everyone here is a great team player. We always are trying to be the first to grab the phone, chat or email. It says great things for a company when the employees are in that much invested & love their work!! Management works with you, not at you. We absolutely are a family here! This subscription program is amazing!
Cons
Since we are all remote, I can't wait till we can all be together for an event. I wish I was able to go into the head office when everyone is meeting together as a group.
