      Pros

      There is nothing good in the company.

      Cons

      Salary very less and always delayed. No process or structure in place. Partiality and no recognition for work done. Management is very very poor. HR has no professional ethics and company policies are very poor.

      Pros

      Technology stack is great got lot of learning, Company Location is good and easy to reach

      Cons

      Saturday Sunday working is there, They will not give WFH but expect to do work out off office hours, weekends Salary Delays around 15th to 20th will get PLI Scam (If PLI added in your CTC, forget it) Company have money to do parties, celebrations for management birthdays, but not for employees salary
