      Pros

      The relationships you build with certain people are amazing depending on who is still there now back from when I was. Benefits were not bad.

      Cons

      At the beginning you feel very valued as a person. They pride themselves on being a family based company but the longer I was there the more apparent it was that I was just a number and I wasn't valued or considered family at all. Favoritism was a big thing that I noticed in the company. Organization was a mess and change happened often was very hard to keep up. You could tell when you were not liked at all.

      Pros

      Coworkers are easy to get along with and majority of them genuinely care about seeing you succeed. It's always something new every day and a learning experience. Most of the management team have positive attitudes and amazing insight. Benefits include paid time off and insurance. There are opportunities to advance and continue your career to a point. You will grow as a person and as a professional here.
