      Pros

      Recently moved to a better office, which is really spacious. Nice, smart people. Strong leadership team

      Cons

      4 days in the office, but this is not too much of a problem as everyone is told this when joining

      Positive environment, great team building events, constant feedback from management to grow, relaxed vibe, fast paced

      Cons

      A bit unorganized at times but that is the start up culture

If you feel that you need a more structured / organised environment, please speak to Niall or Marissa who will definitely be able to help you. I know the US team is close-knit but we can always improve the way we communicate within teams... If you have suggestions, please share them!
