Pros
I worked at Avante Partners for about 7 months (before going back to school for an additional degree) and I learned more in that time than most of what my education has taught me. Getting real, personalized training allowed me to become a more experienced business professional with new skills to add to my resume. I have noticed that what I learned here not only has helped me grow professionally but also feel more confident in everyday social interactions, and I could not be more happy with my experience here.
Cons
It’s hard work - surprise! If you truly want to better yourself and work with a motivated team you need to be motivated yourself. If you’re willing to commit to working hard then this is a great place to do so.
Pros
Continual education in things that school just does not teach enough about
Cons
Virtual and In-person balance could be scheduled better.
Pros
Can’t find one single pro
Cons
Just wanted to let everyone know this company is ridiculous. If you read the responses the “company owner” leaves on other people’s reviews, it sounds like they’re desperately trying to save the company’s rear-end because former employees keep exposing the truth about the pyramid scheme that’s going on here. Half of these reviews are 5 stars, with no “cons” because those are the reviews written by employees who are instructed to write them. The REAL reviews are all one star, listing the actual problems with the company that it’s trying to cover up. If the reviews here were authentic, the company would have such a low average rating that they wouldn’t be able to scam desperate job-seekers into their sticky fingers... so they have to keep up appearances. This is one of those companies that has like 20 employees who think that the company runs the world & “oh my gosh we’re partnered with Verizon”. It’s door-to-door sales. Verizon probably doesn’t give !!!! about if your precious Avante Partners corporation even works for them at all. Avante Partners may work with Verizon, but so does every other small “private marketing” firm in the country. No one is happy at this company, they just need a job. Get real. And don’t even write back to me saying that I’m confused or that I must’ve misunderstood or that your company has all its morals straight and is doing exactly what they say they are. Sit down.
