      Good pay grade for retail

      No work life balance, Promotions are being delayed while already performing for a higher position, development opportunities are promised but never implemented, Lots of nepotism, No experience on retail, No vacation or Christmas bonus, Only 22 vacation days, Let's the good employees down

      Pros

      The staff and management there were great people, lots of fun to work for, and they always made sure we got the breaks we needed.

      Cons

      It was a pretty brutal job with very serious implications if we screwed up, and that was pretty stressful. Lots to learn and over time wasn't granted.
