Pros

- Small but dynamic company - Work with really bright and friendly people - Genuinely make a difference to overall company performance - Don't have multiple approval layers, can implement change quickly - A lot of flexibility and trust in terms of working hours and location - management trust you to get on and do your job - Gone through a lot of change in recent years, but culture now is really positive

Cons

- Location - current Kingston office is tired, things like the lift regularly break, but moving to a newly refurbished office soon - Can have large amount of work as there's not a big team behind you to lean on in busy times, but managers are supportive, work is interesting and you really feel like you make a difference even in a junior role

Pros

- Straightforward interview process (2 stages) - Lovely, supportive people and culture - Generous benefits package, including private healthcare - Competitive pay - Cosy office, close to the station (easy commute + on-site parking) - Good onboarding process that helps you settle in quickly (Including Buddy Programme) - Plenty of ownership and impact in your role - Pretty good work/life balance (1 day in the office + extremely flexible working policy)

Cons

- Smaller company, so documentation and processes for new roles are still maturing/might not be in place so will need ownership from the new joiner (can be seen as a good thing - personally I do) -less people so less of a hierarchy so unclear where you sit in terms of the job title (for some roles)
