Pros

-Flat structure with a senior management team who are very accessible and hands-on with the day to day business. -Lots of autonomy, good agile working approaches across departments -Relatively small company but this is a good thing - no politics, no pointless meetings, no 'decision by committee' -Great laptops, screens, workstations, they give you the tools you need for the job. -Competitive salary and good benefits, including flexible working, fresh fruit, good coffee. -Good location next to New Malden train station. Waitrose, coffeeshops and gyms a few mins walk away.

Cons

Not that well known within the industry, but that is changing as Avantia keeps winning industry recognition and awards.

Pros

- Straightforward interview process (2 stages) - Lovely, supportive people and culture - Generous benefits package, including private healthcare - Competitive pay - Cosy office, close to the station (easy commute + on-site parking) - Good onboarding process that helps you settle in quickly (Including Buddy Programme) - Plenty of ownership and impact in your role - Pretty good work/life balance (1 day in the office + extremely flexible working policy)

Cons

- Smaller company, so documentation and processes for new roles are still maturing/might not be in place so will need ownership from the new joiner (can be seen as a good thing - personally I do) -less people so less of a hierarchy so unclear where you sit in terms of the job title (for some roles)
