Worst Company. Management is really bad. - 3D Artist Avataar Employee Review

If anyone is reading this review and want to join Avataar, Please don't. Take some more time to find better opportunity. - Management is really bad they don't have any clear roadmap about product and company. Things are changing every week. They have no any idea about company's future. - Manager and Team leads will set unrealistic timeline for tasks, and if you can't complete the task on time they will blame on you and some time shout at you. Just last week I saw my manager shouting at my colleague in front of everyone, just because he was not able to complete his task on time (Which was impossible). - Manager don't know how to talk to employees, they are very unprofessional. - They will make you work 10-12 hours a day just just because they promised an unrealistic deadline to client. - All the good reviews are fake and posted by management because they want to show that it's a good company to work and hire new talents.
