      Great people, good place to work

      Cons

      Archaic and out of touch President (Michael Donovan, from parent company, not on-site). He’s blissfully unaware of inflation/the economy. It’s a shame because Avemco is such a great place, he just refuses to compensate people appropriately.

      People, pilots, airplanes, culture-family like. Close to my home, free parking, free coffee and food days. Give to the community alot.

      Cons

      It gets really busy ont the phones during the summer.
