Quickly Growing Company with a Long Track Record - Manager Avenger Engineering Employee Review

The company I came from had a more rigid structure, but individuals were not appreciated. In Avenger I feel as if my input and opinion really matter. Safety as a priority is demonstrated in actions, not just in words and 'safety bulletins' like with most companies in this industry. The company has a long track record (12 years now), but has experienced a lot of growth in the last two years with much more to come as the industry continues expanding in leaps and bounds. Excellent growth opportunity, with plenty of opportunity for advancement.
