If you value your mental health, fair treatment, or career growth—look elsewhere. While working at Avflight Salina offered rare opportunities to meet interesting people and see impressive aircraft, those small perks don’t make up for the deeply toxic culture created and upheld by management. The environment is fueled by favoritism, gossip, and cliques. If you're not part of the "inner circle," expect to be overlooked, micromanaged, or outright disrespected. Management fails to support staff, ignores valid concerns, and contributes directly to the unhealthy atmosphere. Raises are rare, pay is poor, and there’s virtually no opportunity to move up, no matter how hard you work. This is not a healthy or sustainable workplace. I would not recommend anyone work here unless there are major changes in leadership and company culture.
