The software development environment is a fun collaborative place to work where individuality and opinions are respected. There is an understanding of the value of using the right tools and staying current with an ever evolving technology landscape. Developers get to work from home 2 days a week which is a real plus. Well paid with enough incentives to make me want to excel at work. Focused on developing my personal value as well. Growing but carefully guarding the small company culture where you rub shoulders with the top brass on a regular basis.

More a factor of the national health care costs than the company, but the already good benefits package could get even better.
