Pros
Boeing is a thriving company with lots of business in the pipeline. Work environments are relatively pleasant. Employee cafeterias have a variety of foods to suit different tastes.
Cons
Boeing is too big to maintain common policies. Managers are rotated too frequently and often don't understand the group's responsibilities and functions they oversee. Contract employees are seen as "less than" people to be hired and discarded as the wind blows.
