Business Outlook
Pros
The company has an amazing group of people who make work easier to come to each day. It is very transparent how hard each department works to get parts out the door and to please our customers. The owners are very hand on and personable, which is rare these days. The company is growing every day and building new relationships or strengthening the ones we have.
Cons
The company seems to pay lower compared to industry standards, which makes it hard to stay motivated sometimes. There does seem to be a lack of communication sometimes between management and everyone else.
