Amazing team! - Senior UX/UI Designer Avocademy Employee Review

I love the leadership team and how they are clear with the goals and their communication style. There is a lot to be done, so there’s room for creativity and innovation. Can’t think of a better team. Everyone is approachable, kind and knowledgeable.

At the moment, I can’t think of cons. This is a star up and I enjoy the challenges this presents.

Depends on the year that you're in the course because the market changes year to year. But during my time it was nearly impossible to find a job after graduating. I would suggest preparing for that possibility, even if you do everything they recommend. They said applying to jobs is a numbers game (we were all applying to 1k+ jobs) but many students were experiencing that employers simply didn't want to hire designers with little experience.
