      Have alot of benefit which company cover insurance and medical benefit for staff and worker. A company allow staff to over time everyday at least 3 hours.

      Cons

      Long duration of work hours. Explode to air and sound pollution.

      Pros

      Great group of people to work with. People really stick together to makes things happen.

      Cons

      The location is hard, though that's mining. Life on site is simple, there's little to do. Growth requires vision from management, which they can struggle with.
