      Pros

      Honestly, this has been an amazing experience. I have gained valuable work experience and made life long friends. However, this is 100% dependent on your cohort and placement. You could easily have a miserable experience.

      Cons

      Sometimes the "leftist" talk can be a bit much. Depending on the placement, work hours can be insane, and we don't get paid enough for the amount of crazy hours we might have to put in.

      Community building, job experience, I got an offer for the following year to stay on with my company

      Cons

      Lots of mandatory training that was not very relevant to my job placement, incredibly low pay and a very chaotic living experience with 10 people in a house in brooklyn
