Pros
the only pro I can think of is that I learned how to knock doors. Other than that, the company is a complete scam. They trick people into shady contracts and get a signature and then they pull back when the person doesn’t agree and send them a 15% cancellation fee for doing no work. Just look at the customer reviews for avolta, brio, bello etc. Also titan is the company that installs the panels and they are absolutely trash and the most deceitful people in the solar industry. Upper level management never took responsibility for their actions and always blamed lower paid people & when confronted about their sketchy business practices everyone avoided confrontation of any kind. They would make up lies on the spot to make themselves look better. It was almost impossible to commission out and they were deceitful about payroll. They track your every move and if you stand still for 5 minutes to get a break they’ve been known to edit your timesheet for hours on end and delete the GPS tracking map they have for you. They can claim you never worked that day and hide it within the timesheet notes. We were promised a certain wage but never actually made as much as we could have because they were messing with our hours. This is one of the worst mlm schemes i’ve personally seen with my own eyes and the troubles with this company run so deep. I would advise anyone to run as fast as you can away from this company. They will probably be bankrupt soon, I’ve even been in contact with the former VP of the company. He said the owners are scam artists and unwilling to change. They get enjoyment out of preying on low income folks and scamming them out of the money they don’t have already.
Cons
All of the good reviews on here are either from people that started the week they post it (because they encourage you to) or they are planted by market managers and corporate to make the company look good. The interview process for new employees is deceitful about pay and I watched my manager lie to 6 people in a row about the expectations and pay of the job right in front of me. I could go on for hours about how awful these people are but the BBB reviews speak for themselves.
