Where to start?! In one word: RUN! This company changed their name recently from Tetra Tech. They have / had tons of horrible things under that name, it’s the same dirty company. This is the most unprofessional and unethical company in the Valley. They will insult you, harass you and any other unbelievable act you can’t imagine. There’s no HR department so it’s all run by crooked management and owners who want you to make 250 dials a day to get deals in to meet their quota / goals. Management screams at you and meetings are unbelievable. The other negative reviews are true! If you get a job offer you are better off looking or accepting another offer. They hire and fire fast and repeatedly, it isn’t worth it to work under such aggressive and vile work environment. The people working aren’t happy and everyone is just there to a collect a pay check, there is no culture or positive energy. They will tell you people have been there for years, those few people are fed leads and are out to steal your deals. This is a dog eat dog mentality and environment and only a couple people make a few decent bucks. The stress created here isn’t worth it and being treated like an animal and a number isn’t a dream job. Don’t fall for the bait, you may regret it substantially. This is the worse place I’ve ever worked and I feel like a fool for wasting my time and energy here. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and 1 Star is an understatement. Run for the hills and don’t look back!!
