      Pros

      The salaries are really good, above the average for Bulgaria. Also, the office looks really nice. Unfortunately, that's all yuo can find as "positive" there.

      Cons

      According to my own experience, the company treats the employees as slaves. There is quite regular overtime which is *not* paid, the CTO offends and insults the employees and there is literally no internal organization regarding the software development processes. If you do get some requirements, they are verbal only.

      Nice office building and facilities Good location near a subway station They have some nice perks

      Cons

      No organization Bad and incompetent CEO and CTO Very negative attitude toward the employees They call the employees with word "fools, morons, etc"

      Pros

      Very nice office space and furniture, solid hardware. Free lunch every Friday. And that's it.

      Cons

      Management team is very bad. CEO is constantly shouting and unhappy with all of the people, no matter of the results. Constant stress of the possibility for being let go for no reason. People are just being destroyed there.
