Pros
- Good work-life balance - I like the logo xD - they are expanding a lot and have good partnerships with different large companies
Cons
- Terrible salary for developers compared to other EU countries. (In Italy it's an okayish one but still) - Bad management hierarchy, very exaggerated ones and you'd have to go through a lot for promotions - Very small teams (1-2 developers) even for large projects - Big team of HR, completely unnecessary. Most of them are not even supportive and take too much time to answer when you ask them about something - For some reason they are hiring a lot of juniors (way too many)
