Awair used to have good values and goals. The engineering team and products were promising and could go far if top management knew what they were doing. The company used to provide one free coffee and one meal per week.
Cons
The CEO and his leadership team is incompetent, clueless on where to take the company or how to run it. On top of being very unknowledgeable in their respective fields, their leadership and management skills are inexistant. Their human interactions are terrible. They will blame you for their mistakes and then gaslight you by telling you that you owe them something, that it's all your fault and they are not to blame. They led the company to bankruptcy while shamelessly lying about company finances and situation to their own employees. Wether you are an employee, applicant, B2B or B2C customer, business partner or investor, do not work with them, do not trust them, do not buy anything from them. If they are ready to lie to their employees, they are probably fine with lying to you to get your money.
