Quiet offices where you each have your own room, helps to focus. Decent colleagues who mean well. Not too much drama at work, people are professional. The company is a serious company. Work life balance is good.

The firm is a bit old fashioned and does not encourage fresh ideas. The firm is also not very generous when it comes to benefits and not very open minded. Lots of issues are swept under the rug and the culture is a little bit cold. Most importantly, the firm lacks diversity - you can see it in their company parties - they do tend to hire more white and blond employees over others.

It has an excellent reputation within Sweden & for a swedish law firmm it is excellent but still suffers from the myoptic narrow thinking which is as swedish as meatball and mashed potatoes. That is, there are too many 'experts' and they resist change and are closed to what is happening in the rest of the world and fear it.
