Pros
The only pro I can think of that I experienced working at this company for the last 5 years, was that I did have freedom and flexibility and I was never micromanaged.
Cons
Constantly changing and clawing back principles that made this company unique and special. Not organized at all, there is no uniformity from department to department, or state to state, no one is ever on the same page. Benefits are horrible, if you want your kid to have healthcare you will be paying 1k+ a month, also no 401k matching, no tuition reimbursement. Management and C-Suite leadership constantly favor and will bend over backwards for the wrong and most incompetent and insufferable employees. Never being recognized for your hard work and dedication. Doing the work of many other people and departments with no raise in compensation, also do not ever expect performance raises. Very little growth within the company. There are so many more cons, but you probably get the idea by now.
