Pros
-The social environment as well as opportunity to connect with other colleagues is supportive and focuses on team effort -Retirement plans are given to any level of employee, and provide many options for investment (after a certain number of hours worked) -Technical skills not needed for job initially; interviews focuses on attitude towards client service and asks you to draw on specific experiences
Cons
-Disconnect between teams; specifically between those who work at the Service Desk taking calls and those who work on the On-Site team providing service to clients -Major growth expected, but upper management is not considering team resources to handle said growth -No raises in the time I have worked there
