- Highly creative, innovative and performance-driven culture - Around some of Europe's biggest traders in the futures space (very inspiring) - Great people, friendly and achievement focused - Great facilities: yoga studio, gym equipment, meeting rooms, terrace for BBQs, etc
Cons
- Can be a challenging environment for anyone who needs regular guidance (you need to lead yourself) - Wifi is a bit weak in some areas of the building (only affects mobiles and laptops)
