I hope we continue to provide an excellent place where anyone can grow. Changing every couple of months sometimes feels too much; I personally have envy for those professions where you learn something and can use it for years. Sadly, in technology, we can only use that knowledge for months, but that's also why this is attractive for some people. I guess there's time in life to work in a high-paced industry and times to work in a more stable one, and that's ok. Learning when to switch careers is an act of wisdom. I've gotten your advice on taking into account the different motivations that everyone has; a great leader surely knows it, and I can only aspire to be in that position. I've read your review, and it made me feel bad; I hope you are happy now. Thanks for saying something nice about how good we are in what we do. It's our work, and we take great pride in it; that is why our clients and our people stick around with us. I'm very hurt by reading 'disgraceful,' and I'm wondering about your interpretation of welfare. Maybe the problem is that I don't think people who work needs welfare, when they do good work, people are willing to pay for it. No need for welfare (the government can provide that for you). I'll take your advice wholeheartedly wishing to find good people to put it into practice. Camilo.
