Thank you for your kind comment; having you for such a long time was an honor. We do our best to bring people from different backgrounds to have a truly diverse team. I hope we continue to provide an excellent place where anyone can grow. Changing every couple of months sometimes feels too much; I personally have envy for those professions where you learn something and can use it for years. Sadly, in technology, we can only use that knowledge for months, but that's also why this is attractive for some people. I guess there's time in life to work in a high-paced industry and times to work in a more stable one, and that's ok. Learning when to switch careers is an act of wisdom. I've gotten your advice on taking into account the different motivations that everyone has; a great leader surely knows it, and I can only aspire to be in that position. Hopefully, the rest of the leadership team (six people now) can also put this advice into practice. Camilo.

Thanks for your review. At Axiacore, we have been working hard to pursue more significant opportunities and have a great culture, vision, and purpose. We want our people to be proud of the company they work for. Hopefully, you can see how much progress we've made over the last years in those areas and how hard our team worked to improve many other things at Axiacore to make it a better company. I'm confident the latest changes in the company management will overcome the micromanagement and communication problems you mention. I can argue on the competitive wage since our average salaries have doubled over the last two years. I appreciate your review and keep telling us how to do better. Camilo.
