Pros

There are always spaces to express and to communicate regardless of timezones and ranks. A cross cultural organisation with an alignment on a higher purpose. Multicultural teams that enhance engagement . A continuos learning journey. There's a special focus in living through the Conscious Business model.

Cons

Working virtually has advantages but I often miss the human contact. As many other consultancy firms working hours are long.

Pros

I've never been at a company where the people are so authentic. Axialent seems to attract a certain a wide variety of people who seem to all share the common purpose of changing the world for the better. What I found interesting is the many different ways someone can work with Axialent. We have some full-time, part time, people who work a certain time of the year or in certain geographies. They have really set up a flexible employment model that allows for many different situations.

Cons

The company is going through a reorientation from a regional focused company to a customer focused one. While I embrace and understand the change, it can feel chaotic.

Pros

Great impact on clients Really stretching in terms of needing to operate outside your comfort zone Conscious Business philosophy is unique and the company tries hard to live by these principles Great team of international colleagues

Cons

A lot of unpredictability (boom/bust cycles) which led to cutbacks in support services Home grown leadership team that could have benefited from more external experience Not a great culture recognising achievement and high performers
