1. Work culture is good. 2. Management is very supportive. 3. Management takes personal care on all employees and do the needful. 4. Company handled the Covid times very carefully and no layoff is done. 5. Very flexible which allows people to grow in the areas they want to. 6. One need not worry about salary as the hike is taken care and it stands above expectations. 7. Mentor-prodigy relationship between managers, leads and freshers help growing and get technically well equipped in a quick phase.
