You will be doing work on your free time and not getting compensated, In order to get paid you need to add data hours which is totally separate from your timesheet hours. This is a daily activity that you do not have time during your work hours to do. Takes at least 30 minutes a day. Seems like no big deal at first, but it is! A lot of your experience here will depend on what school you have been assigned to. Some schools have better support than others. Prior to being officially hired, we were made to go to a "final interview" which was basically a way to train us without paying us for our time. Your manager doesn't really care about you. You are merely a walkable billable hour.
