Pros
Lots of opportunities for training to advance skills. Challenging work. Opportunity to help people. Friendly, caring, and supportive staff. Good benefits, pay is not bad. I received a raise every year.
Cons
Work load difficult to manage. There's a huge separation between direct service providers and leadership. In my opinion, leadership needs to have more direct interaction with direct service providers. Trying to squeeze water from a rock.
