Pros

None that I can think of.

Cons

Run, and don't even look back. By far, this was the most disorganized, disrespectful, and discriminatory company I have ever worked for. I'm truly surprised FDA has not shut them down due to how the clinical operations are run. No proper onboarding and training process, they expect you to come in and start doing your job without providing much assistance. If you ask questions, they will assume you are not qualified for your position. No one really knows where the study documents are located because their entire eTMF and CTMS is SharePoint and in a form of an excel spreadsheet. It's a complete mess. The manager is arrogant, disrespectful, and self-entitled. Discrimination towards immigrants is their mojo. My manager told me in my face sarcastically "I'm not even sure you understand what I'm saying..." If they offer you relocation assistance, keep in mind you will be responsible to pay it all back unless you work for them for two years. Please do not believe all those 5-star one-sentence reviews as they are most likely fake. I could go on and on and on with all the cons as what I have said above is just a small part of this joke of a company. All I can say is please do not ever consider working for them

Pros

Mission-driven company with products that make a meaningful difference for patients. Employees genuinely care about quality and doing the right thing. Opportunity to grow if you're willing to take on additional responsibility. Fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Strong collaboration between many departments. Good coworkers who are committed to supporting one another.

Cons

Success in many roles depends on employees who are willing to learn, adapt, and embrace a highly regulated environment. This isn't always an easy transition.
