Most people at Ayin have worked for the company for 10+ years and know the ins and outs of the proprietary software, CIM. With Ayin being a smaller company, the collaboration between teams is high. Everyone is geared to put their heads together and create complex solutions for the customers. The healthcare environment is always changing so it makes the work interesting. Team and management structure is solid with management being aligned with company goals. There is clear structure to promotion and people are often rewarded and recognized for their hard work. Work life balance is also fantastic.
