Pros
- all the managers will not micro-manage, so if you are a self-driven person, it's a kind of a good place to work - the CEO is a responsible guy, that will defend you if there's an external issues as long as you communicate all the issues well.
Cons
sometimes you feel like you are really disposable, there's a moment where they do a mass lay-off 4 times a year. you really must get recognized by the higher ups to survive in the company, so managing office politics is a must-have skill. and C-levels sometimes feels indecisive, so we don't know where they want to bring the company to. they make to many changes without thorough assessment and evaluation. many things feels reactive. some day I feel that the company itself doesn't have any strategy at all.
