      I can’t think of anything positive

      Cons

      The Chief Commercial Officer is the worst in the Pharma business Horrible and inconsistent communication Base pay is about 1/2 compared with other companies Constant churning in the sales force Apathetic sales management

      The culture, co workers and the way you didn’t get hassled if you had an emergency and had to call in.

      Pros

      Great company atmosphere, good pay, and great management. Smaller company so very personal.

      Cons

      No cons really. Every job has its good and bad days but I really enjoy Aytu.
