Pros

there is no pros in this company

Cons

I spent 3 years working at this company, and I can confidently say they were wasted. Beyond the brand name on a CV, there is nothing of real value to justify staying. The environment is toxic, ruled by favoritism rather than merit, with stores run like mafias. If you're favored, you’re fine; if not, you risk being exiled to undesirable locations. Salaries are insulting compared to the workload: some stores earn nearly double, while others earn far less, creating a blatantly UNFAIR system. Hiring is based on looks and connections, not skills or experience. Raise a complaint and you’re immediately targeted and treated as a problem. Schedules are designed as if the company owns you, with no personal life allowed. Promotions are given not for dedication, but for flattery and “kissing up” to management. The exploitation is extreme. One month I worked over 240 hours but was paid for only 208 the rest simply erased, with no days off in return, the more they can extract from you without paying, the more they will, without hesitation. Shifts are punishing: finish at midnight, then be back at 8 a.m., with no concern for health or rest. Even as a cashier, there was no relief: in the few seconds between customers at the counter to catch your breath, you’re expected to run to the floor and serve customers as if you’re a machine. The chaos is also clear in HR. In just two years in-store, I dealt with more than four different HR representatives, each worse than the last. None offered solutions or support HR exists only to shield the company and silence employees. If you ever forget to punch in or out whether from exhaustion or simply because you’re human the company won’t adjust the system. Those hours are just erased, and you can consider yourself having worked for free. It’s run under rules so ruthless, they feel more like a dictatorship than a workplace. Later, after transferring to Lebanon and earning my place in the Customer Experience department through my own effort and performance not through connections or favoritism, the situation became even worse. The regional office was dominated by ego and arrogance, where people act important but deliver nothing. Communication was nonexistent, emails and Teams messages routinely ignored, not out of workload but sheer culture of neglect. In September 2024, when the war in Lebanon began, remote work was initially allowed, then suddenly revoked. Employees were FORCED to return to an office in active bombing zones. Forcing people to risk their lives in wartime is beyond unprofessional; it is reckless, heartless, and inhumane. Meanwhile, salaries in Lebanon are among the lowest in the region, with workloads that never end. Employees are drained, underpaid, and treated as disposable, with zero regard for safety or fairness. I am certain most employees stay only because they need a job. The moment they find a real opportunity, they will vanish without hesitation. Here’s how this company really works: the people at the top sh!t on the managers, and the managers sh!t on the employees. It’s a daily chain of abuse from the highest to the lowest. They are never thankful, never appreciative of anything you do. No matter how hard you work, it’s never enough they just squeeze you for more. I’ve worked in a lot of companies, and I’ve never seen anything even close to this level of exploitation and disrespect in my entire life.
