One of the biggest positives has been the level of ownership and trust given to employees who are willing to step up, solve problems, and drive initiatives forward. Azalea provides opportunities to work across teams and gain exposure to areas like infrastructure, security, compliance, operations, and product delivery. The work can be challenging, but it is also impactful, especially knowing that the systems we support play a role in helping healthcare organizations serve their patients. I’ve also appreciated working with dedicated people who care about doing the right thing for customers and who are willing to collaborate when priorities are complex or urgent. For someone who wants to learn, take initiative, and have a visible impact, Azalea can provide a lot of opportunity.

The company moves quickly, and even with 250+ employees, Azalea can still feel like it operates at the speed of a smaller business. That pace creates opportunity, but it can also require flexibility and extra time, especially in infrastructure or operations roles where after-hours and weekend work may be needed for maintenance, upgrades, or critical support. Insurance options are affordable at a national scale, but the higher deductibles are something employees should factor into their planning.
