      Pros

      Training was amazing but it was the same training for every employee whether you were being stuck and customer service, groups, or resolutions initially.

      Cons

      Within a year of hiring several employees for customer service 3/4 were laid off due to restructuring

      Pros

      If you're looking for an environment where you are surrounded by c-level leaders, this place is for you. There is a lot to learn from the different teams and that is not something to underestimate when looking for a new job.

      Cons

      Given that there are a lot of executives, career advancement opportunities seem to be far from the Azamara employee grasp. That is not to say that they don't promote their workers, but it does feel like it can take quite some time for that to finally happen (we're talking years.)
