Pros
They were reliable when it came to paying salaries and always paid on time. There were no bonuses, and in recent years they tended to avoid real salary increases — raises were mostly symbolic. Because of this, it’s important to negotiate a higher salary from the start. The colleagues were very friendly and supportive, and they helped each other.
Cons
As a downside, I would emphasize the lack of real, tangible salary increases and benefits. At the same time, the company often spoke proudly about massive profits, while covering only a small percentage of basic expenses such as parking.
