      - most welcoming team ever - fantastic People department - great efforts toward fostering a diverse and inclusive culture - transparent and welcomes feedback from everyone in the company - excellent work life balance - great onboarding and training - all departments welcome to participate in hackathons

      Cons

      - management is highly dependent on department - language barriers across global teams - some processes still need to be worked out to scale and work across departments - needs a clear GTM strategy for US
