At MSys Technologies, employees are never expected nor encouraged to work beyond the socially accepted 9 hours. We also support those who prefer flexible timings or choose to work from home. In some cases like a build or product release, the team can put in more hours to meet project timelines. Situational overtime like this is project specific and later compensated with comp-offs and more. And this is not a standard policy at MSys Technologies. We appreciate your feedback.
