The job was decent pay and close to home

Management were very picky, they could take a long cigarette break but would tell others off for being a few minutes late to work.

No pros at this company

-Extremely micro managed!! -You are constantly questioned about going to the toilet or having a chat with your colleagues. -I had to log time spent in the toilet, making tea or chatting to colleagues and justify it to my manager -Asked to clock in 15 minutes before our shift to get ready for the day... get out of there as quickly as possible!
