The job was decent pay and close to home

Management were very picky, they could take a long cigarette break but would tell others off for being a few minutes late to work.

I worked for Aztec for almost 8 years; throughout this time, I felt treated as if part of a family, particularly by the two directors / business owners. They were very supportive of me, allowed me to grow and progress through my career, kind, caring, and I genuinely believe their hearts were always in the right place.

Standard stresses of an MSP, high-pressure environment at times, some growth struggles, but largely the same as any other MSP in the industry.
