If working for the person that seems nice, smiles then talks about everyone behind their back, find a new job ASAP! - Administrative Aztec Software (NJ) Employee Review

Going down the management team: The CEO is a super awesome guy! One main player is a total you fill in the blank, arrogant and such a micro manager. There’s a yes sir person (nice guy though) that just agrees just to tread water (would like to speak up however doesn’t) and then there’s one person who will be condescending/belittle employee under that person’s downline. Actually, that person manipulates one of the higher ups who then does what that person wants. That person is the reason that most have left the company under the guise of some other reason. It’s a very small company however, there have been over 30 employees that have been fired/quit (mostly) quit because of that one manipulative condescending person. Interesting enough, it wouldn’t be odd if a good percentage of the in-house team suddenly quits by bulk because of that person. Maybe the CEO might step in to remove that one horrible person that continuously talks about everyone’s else back, even about the others in the persons management team. It’s so sad. If that one person no longer worked there, the company would be 50% better. If that other person higher up was replaced, it might improve the company about 25 – 40% as well because of the person’s arrogance and lack of logic. It doesn’t seem like the CEO knows what those two horrible people do, unfortunately. He seems like he would stand up and tell them something. Hint to everyone… NEWS FLASH: Anything whispered like what that one bad person in management does all the time (name calling and etc), the entire office finds out! Of course, there will be so much work that, you will be doing the work of two to three individuals and they will still blame you for not keeping up.
