      Pros

      Work Hard for the public to grow organic food. Promotes clean living through food.

      Cons

      Azure Standard owners took one of my company's trailers back in April 16' and are using it without my company's permission. Azure Standard is using my refrigerated trailers to deliver groceries but refuses to reimburse my company for Azure's unauthorized use of my company trailer. We chose to call our business Azure Standard, to signify with the name what we are attempting to do. Azure is a shade of blue which has been associated with law, justice, and honesty. They do not practice what they preach-

      Pros

      It's an amazing environment with a loyal and dedicated team. You feel like you're a part of a family. It's a joy to come to work each day. Team members look out for each other.

      Cons

      I have nothing negative to say. No company is perfect, but everyone does their best to live by our core values and treat each other with respect and kindness. When we mess up, as we will because we're humans, we do our best to improve.

      Excellent executives and upper leadership, no micro-management, in-depth training, family feel, no gossip environment, CEO is amazing and and you can tell he truly cares for people

      Cons

      No negatives. We are not perfect but we strive everyday to do the best that we can and give the best service to our customers and employees.
