      Things perform/change rather slow Management often can't make affirmative decision lead the people confuse System are not centralized. Global using one system and local using another system Process are not harmonized.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
