      The people in the Seattle studio were amazing to work with

      Management is a total mess. Principals in Toronto manage the Seattle studio and don’t care about the people or longevity of the studio. No career growth. Salaries below market value. No 401k match

      Pros

      Great onboarding experience. Welcoming group of members.

      Cons

      The leaders left around the same time, and it was never the same. Lost of people left and some got laid off. Clear management declined and left with not good experience leaders in the Seattle office
